LM - Initiate Integration

The third founding principle of Damage Inc in 2012 was teamwork, and through this principle since our beginning, we were able to be extremely selective on who we accept into DI. Those who did not understand the concept of teamwork were quickly discarded and those who understood it had the honor to receive the experience and knowledge of our older members and thus continuing our quest for power, community and growth. Strong teamwork is what has built and kept this community in the tight-knit state that it has become famous for.

With the Spring Offensive completed, the Order of Ludus Magnus was looking to expand their knowledge of boots-on-the-ground Initiate integration even further. The result was this club; a group dedicated to the experienced Roster Leaders and Officers of Damage Inc that had made the Spring Offensive so successful.

Membership - Experienced Officers and Team Leaders of Damage Inc

The Club is made up of experienced and selective Officers and whose primary responsibilities are to support our Initiate Integration process with events, ensuring that each new Initiate is set up for success in Damage Inc.
